Description
Change all references to Cases and Clients to Assignments and Contacts:
On the Create New Assignment screen:
1. Open Case -> Create New Assignment (screen and page heading)
2. Client -> Contact
After saving an Assignment:
3. Remove Run QA Audit / Redact dropdown,
4. Assign to Another Client -> Assign to Another Contact
5. Move Activities section below Assignment Data section (eg Exiting Data).
In Activities section:
6. Activity type Open Case -> Created New Assignment. Assign Case Role -> Assign Assignment Role. Change Case Start Date -> Change Assignment Start Date. Change Case Status -> Change Assignment Status. Change Case Type -> Change Assignment Type. Link Cases -> Link Assignments.
7. Under Activities, Column header TYPE -> ACTIVITY.
8. What does WITH column display? What does REPORTER/ASSIGNEE mean? Probably need to change names.
In Roles section:
9. Assignment role: Client -> Contact.
10. Remove the 'Other Emergency Contacts' section.
11. Upon saving, the Assignments tab of the individual should open, showing the newly added assignment.
In Assignments Reports:
12. Page heading Case reports -> Assignment Reports
13. New Case Report -> New Assignment Report. Also change Case -> Assignment and Client -> Contact in the four reports listed within.
14. No case reports have been created -> No assignment reports have been created.
