Calendar view must show months in descending order

1. The months displayed in My Absence (Calendar View) and in CiviHR Absence Calendar Report must be contiguous across two or more calendar periods. For example, let us say that in My Absence (Calendar View) the user has selected two calendar periods Jan 1 2013 - Dec 31 2013 and Jan 1 2014 - Dec 31 2014. The user lets the default ordering remain as Descending. The result should show Dec 2014, Nov 2014.....Jan 2014, Dec 2013, Nov 2013, ...Jan 2013.
