Description
1. The HR manager should be able to record job start and end date for contracts with fixed duration, without these employees being counted as ex-employees. Currently, when HR manager records Job End Date for people with fixed duration contracts, they are counted as past employees, which is incorrect.
2. Because of point 1, when current employees change jobs, HR manager is forced to record this as as two job positions both with no Job End Date. These employees show up as two current employees. For example (see screenshot), Jo Birch-Phaure and Dominic Cotton are showing twice. Both have had a promotion but HR manager is unable to add end date to previous role as this will make them ex-employees. As they both have live roles the FTE calculation is also incorrect.
