            Description

            Sub-projects can be used to create parent-projects, sibling projects... use projects as "Programs"... or locations... or teams...

            Each sub-project can have different managers... and therefore notifications, or other project meta-data.
            A sub-project could be used to track project resources instead of volunteers... Projects can be used as general containers.

            The entity_type and entity_id on a project used to associate the project with anEvent should be used to create hierarchies of projects.
