Proximity parameters in vol opp search form don't play well with the URL

When a search is submitted, proximity criteria are represented in the URL as proximity=%5Bobject%20Object%5D. Likewise, passing proximity-related parameters from the URL neither prepopulates the form nor affects the search results.

The consequence of this is that it is impossible to share a link to a list of volunteer opportunities within x miles of some address.
