      Description

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Volunteers > Manage Volunteer Projects
      2. On an existing project, Log Hours
      3. Click the Add Volunteer button
      4. Choose any name (if already/not on the Log, neither affects the issue)
      5. Choose any Role from the dropdown (such as GSWT)
      6. Enter a Start Time (perhaps a copy of an existing time entry from the log, or not)
      7. Enter an Actual Duration (whole number, such as 1 or any positive whole number)
      8. Status: leave the default or choose from the dropdown
      9. Click Save

Receive the following errors (screenshot provided):
      Sorry an Error Occured
Mandatory key missing from params array: id or volunteer_need_id

The GUI inside the dialog is completely erased and only this message appears:
"Sorry but we are not able to provide this at the moment."

In a quick 15 minutes of testing with various options, I was unable to successfully add a new log entry without this exact behavior occurring. However, editing and saving existing Log entries works as expected.
