Logging volunteer activity assigned incorrect date

To reproduce:

• Go to Manage volunteer opportunities
• Select "Log Hours"
• Click "Add Volunteer"
• Select a contact, assign role, enter date and minutes worked
• Save the record
• View the activity created against the contact - Date/Time of activity will be the date the activity was created, not the date entered on the Log Hours screen.
