            Need to test WordPress install to see whether the permission insert is working (check w/ Vivek regarding any progress on this for CiviHR).

                  This is fixed in 4.4 Git and will be part of next release (either 4.4. beta5 or 4.4.0).

                  The permission inserts fine. However you need the patch from this core fix in order to actually access the Volunteer Signup form.
