When updating a project, changing the country field alone isn't enough to cue an update

The location block doesn't register that a loc block has changed and needs to be updated if you change only the value of the country.

Workaround until the bugfix is implemented: Change some other address field (you can even change it back) as well as the country. This raises the "dirty" flag for the loc block. Changes should be captured once the flag is raised.
