Your selected volunteer opportunities box covers vital info on narrow displays

The recent changes to the Volunteer Opportunities box that create a "following" effect (https://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/VOL-206) causes the box to cover important information on narrow views. On a full, wide screen, this is very easy to work around but on mobile it covers important information and there is no easy way to uncover the info especially if more than one event is listed.
