Buttons on the Volunteer Roster (Call, SMS, Email) should be optional/configurable

For some, a list of the emails and phone numbers would be more helpful than the buttons. Some reasons why:

• The email button uses the system default email app (like mailto links are wont to do) and many people use a webmail app that is not configured as their default. So, in addition to having an application pop up on their screen, they can't intuitively copy and paste the email address into their regular app because it is just a button.
• Many users prefer to use their phone to call people instead of their computer. Again, pressing the call button brings up an app they may not be familiar with and doesn't display the phone number is not visible on the screen because it is a button.
• The SMS button appears even if SMS is not configured on the install but, when pressed, simply does nothing.
