"Select all" checkbox for bulk operations is too greedy

            Description

            This is flagged as critical because of its indirect consequences. A user can accidentally delete all volunteer projects via the following steps:

            • Go to Manage Volunteer Projects from the CiviVolunteer menu
            • Change filter criteria under "Find Volunteer Projects" so that a subset of projects are displayed (limit display of projects to one partner and/or active projects only)
            • Click the "Select All" check-box in the table header to the left of "Volunteer Project"
            • Select "Delete" from bulk actions (or perhaps the less destructive "Disable" when testing) and click "Run"
