            This seems like bad UX. What to do?
            Summarizing the outcomes of the discussion below:

            In the Assign UI:

            • disable dragging [completed needs] and show them with a green check mark or something to indicate that they are done and cannot be moved around.

            In the Log Hourse UI:

            • Display a second grid for [completed needs]. Scheduled/available [needs] show up in the top box; completes in the bottom box.
