Filter Shifts in the assign volunteer area

When I go in and try to assign volunteers there is no way to filter or sort the shifts. Can this functionality be added? For example we have a finance shift and instead of looking through all of the sifts I only want to be able to see the finance shifts. It would also be nice to look at all of the shifts for a certain time. We usually have 4 shifts throughout the day. If we could filer on the first shift or the second shift we can more easily plug in those people that choose a flexible shift. When we have hundreds of shifts this will be very difficult to sort through.
