Public Volunteer Commendation

Volunteers should be able to see the commendations they have received for projects, as well share with others.

It should be possible to add a single field to a UF profile that would render gold-stars or other chosen icon for each commendation.
Ideally, more functionality is available, such as to make the stars hotlinked to the project. Even better would be to link them to a special commendation page that includes the included comment from the commendation as well as information about the volunteer-project.
Note, this is not 1999, so an ajaxian pop-up would make sense.
