Needs Spec.
Didn't get a clear picture of what Case functionality is desired for volunteer management.
Could be used for Volunteer training or intake.
Perhaps could be an alternate container than an Event to allow for specification of program staff roles, but might be better to simply add Relationship management to a volunteer project in a similar way to Case. "Volunteer Trainer", "Team leader", "Volunteer Specialty XYZ".
