Incorporate Recurring Functionality to Handle Regular Volunteers

Currently CiviVolunteer cannot deal with recurring volunteer slots eg an individual or team which serves every Monday at 2pm or on the last Friday of every month, 5-7pm. Many organisations deal with volunteers who serve on a regular basis and the functionality will exist from Civi 4.6 to handle this recurring element (and is already in development). Incorporating this into CiviVolunteer would make it relevant for many more organisations as well as opening up the functionality significantly for existing users.
