Track projects with Campaigns

Projects should be able to be associated with Campaigns.

Campaigns can be seen as an extension point through which Projects can be associated with other CiviCRM entities, entities provided by CiviCRM extensions (such as Bookings), or even external entities. Example: Orgs using the Drupal Community Media distribution use a Drupal content type called Project to group users, shows, airings, reservations, etc. Using Campaigns, they can reference the Project using the External ID field to associate Projects with CiviCRM core entities such as contributions as well as with Volunteer Projects, Needs, and Activities.
