            Description

            The attached patch allows a user to add a pseudo field of type "Formatting" to a profile. This field can contain any html code.

            Typical use cases might include introductory instruction blocks, headers to split groups of fields or perhaps extra divs to be used as jQuery targets.

            Overall the goal was to eliminate the need to customize templates for formatting.

                • fixed a few notices
                • suppress showing this in view mode for both profiles and contrib/event pages
                • also show this when profiles are displayed on contrib/event pages
