Password stored incorrectly while creating CMS user

            Description

            When creating CMS user from CiviCRM the password get stored incorrectly. It stores only first letter of the entered password.

            Steps to reproduce:-
            1: Create a contact in CiviCRM.
            2: Click on action => Create User Record
            3: Enter details and save.

            Same issue with Online contribution ( drupal "account creation required" with account setting has unchecked "Require e-mail verification when a visitor creates an account." )
