Display CiviCRM ID (and potentally User ID and External ID) on far right inline with the H1 Contact Name

            Description

            Goal is to have at least the CiviCRM ID and External ID (where it exists) show on far right (by print icon) inline with the Display Name.
            It would follow to also display the User ID if it exists in the same area
