Expose UI to set "default" mail account (or remove "default" label)

      Description

      CiviCRM flags a mail account at civicrm/admin/mailSettings?reset=1&action=browse as "default".

      There's no UI to alter the default account, nor is there any indication of what "default" means in this context.

      It may be that the label simply needs to be removed?
