            Description

            Online registration in IE 9 unable to open the date pop up. Date box icon is not clickable.

            Also when accessing civievent from frontend, editor layout is not working, showing the html version which is not user friendly.
            See attached image.

            The registration is live on www.loveinc.org and people who are using IE9 complain they can't add click the date.
