Phone Numbers entered on profile during contribution are not stored

During membership signup, some profile data is not being saved to the database. I believe the last phone number entered is overwriting the first one or two.

Attached are two screenshots from the drupal 6 demo. The first is the final screen as shown after the contribution is completed. You can see that a value was provided for each of three phone number types. The second image is from the contact screen as it was created. Only two of the three phone numbers were saved.

On my site, I'm only getting the final phone number of the type instead of two. Either way, it's an issue since data entered is being lost.
