Event locations should have some kind of order, such as alphabetical

The existing locations of events seem to have no particular order. It would be convenient if they were organized alphabetically by street address (or perhaps city).

I would be willing to try to fix this. Probably (I hope) it is as simple as a ORDER BY statement in some SQL query. Does anyone know in which file I could look?
