Description
When editing a dedupe rule or creating a new dedupe rule, there is an error related to a missing civicrm_dedupe_rule_group.title table.
A quick look in the tables shows title_fr_FR title_nl_NL title_en_GB but no 'title'.
Somehow the query doesn't get adapted for multilingual civicCRM.
