Errors in Wordpress Profile Notifications

I created a profile for use on my contribution page http://www.hivaidszimbabwe.org/donate/
The profile includes one required field (Contributions - Campaign). Upon selecting a campaign, I expect a notification to be submitted letting me know a donation has been made to a specific campaign. Instead, the notification only shows a number instead of the campaign name (see attachment).

I do have another profile on the same contribution page, for the donor to leave a message, and that profile is submitted separately, and seems to work ok.

Also,the contact summary link is not valid because the donation page url is being prepended to the user linkhttp://www.hivaidszimbabwe.org/donate/. Instead, I think my Wordpress admin dashboard url should be getting prepended to the user's url.
