CRM-10548 Norwegian states in CiviCRM database are spelled wrong

            Description

            We received an email that says this:

            I just noticed when I donated that several of the Norwegian states are typed in wrong. Seems like your system corrects o to i instead of o, which is the common anglification of that letter.

            Finumark should be Finnmark
            Mire and Romsdal should be Møre and Romsdal (or More and Romsdal)
            Nord Trindelag should be Nord Trøndelag or Nord Trondelag
            and Sir-Trindelag should be Sør-Trøndelag or Sor-Trondelag.

                to clarify, i fixed this for all new installs. All existing installs should upgrade their state/province table manually

                It seems like there have been a regression.
                The same entries have just returned into Transifex.
