Wrong count active membership with custom membership status

            Description

            If you define new membership status which are set as active status (/civicrm/admin/member/membershipStatus?reset=1), there are not counted in the contact membership tab.

            The reason is that the patch in CRM-6627 is working on status_id <=3 and do not make a join on civicrm_membership_status table.

            Patch to come.
