Search Builder Improvements

One meta issue for multiple minor search builder improvements and fixes.

• Cannot use IS NULL / IS EMPTY etc for display and sort name
• Once you have a result set, in case of validation error for the next search, the search form is hidden and the previous results are shown
• Add support for IS NULL / IS NOT NULL for file custom fields
• Fix bad query generation when emails for different location types are searched for
