When creating a Phonebank survey, you need to add the phone numbers in the profile to see it when recording responses, but doesn't appear on Survey report

      Description

      When you're creating a Phonebank survey and want to record responses using the Interview Respondents feature in civicrm, you need to add the phone numbers you want to call in the profile for Activities of type Phonebank to be used in the Phonebank survey. this way you can be looking at the screen, see the phone numbers and update their responses in the same screen.

      If you want to print out a Phonebank list to distribute to volunteers to do calling (e.g. Create a survey report, using the phonebank survey and the Respondent Status is 'Reserved', using the profile that holds the phone numbers to call where you want the primary number and another number e.g. cell phone, or work phone) - the phone numbers from the profile do not appear on the report. the report itself allows you to select to display only the primary phone number, but this isn't sufficient, which is why the profile fields - in this case the phone numbers - are important to include in the report.

      We know the survey report is hardcoded to display certain fields, and not the contents of the profile fields, unless you select the Respondent Status is 'Interviewed'. What would be a better way to handle the display of these other fields - phone, email - that have multiple types other than primary? Should we be able to select that in the report itself rather than only being able to only see the primary fields?

      The scenario is that organizers/volunteers are capturing more than one phone number and let's say they need to contact members to volunteer, they'll want to call their primary phones and alternate phone numbers.
