            Description

            Cron fails if participant processor cron is turned on due to missing require once (4.1). Crons often fail silently without people noticing (until they are in a mess because of it) so the lack of noise on this doesn't mean no-one has been affected - for drupal 6 users the other cron bug (affecting membership status) was effectively hiding this
