Description
I posted a forum post about this. Talked to Peter McAndrew who asked me to post it here.
When someone "likes" a CiviEvent using the facebook plug-in, the image that appears on their fb wall is the iCal icon.
Instead, there should be a way to grab an image of the event if someone has posted one. "Sharing" as opposed to "liking" something on facebook often gives you the option of clicking through the available images on the shared page and choosing one to post to your facebook page. This functionality would be ideal for a CiviEvent if there are a couple of images associated with the event (or even one, just to make sure it's not the ical image).
Wasn't able to try this on the demo site because I couldn't seem to upload an image.
