I got this error:

Sorry. A non-recoverable error has occurred.

Could not find valid value for cid

Return to CiviCRM menu.

Wasn't sure why the cid wasn't included in the url, but it wasn't.

Could not reproduce this one either. Can u let us know which page this was happening, or preferably show us this issue on demo.civicrm.org

I got this error the first time I tried this.. I haven't been able to reproduce it since then..

However, in attempting to put in notes on a number of clients at the same time I am getting some odd results which may perhaps be related.

cid's do not seem to be passed through the url (as I've mentioned above), where they are in other places in the interface.

When adding the first note to a contact at this message here:
There are no Notes for this contact. You can add one.

I was opening up 5 clients at a time, adding new notes to each one (in separate tabs - 5 at a time) and then pasting them in.

I guess if I was doing this one at a time it wouldn't be a problem, but who has time for that kind of nonsense??
