Description
Our user finds it difficult to know which case activities have attachments when looking at the manage case screen. I have made this easier for her by adding a 'view attachment' link where an attachment has one activity.
I had hoped to also add an icon column to indicate where activities have one or more attachments (above only works for exactly one attachment) but although I could add a column to the JSON I couldn't figure out where to change the column headers so will log this in case someone else wants to pick it up & take it further.

Went to check this out but cannot load case activities via ajax. Error msg is:
Database Error Code: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'OUTER JOIN civicrm_option_group og ON og.name="activity_status"

Yeah odd - the end of the line wasn't in the commit
I've committed the code as discussed - note that it adds 'no_attachments' to the calling function - this could be changed without affecting anything (it does use that value in an if clause but only in one place directly below where it is assigned)
