Incorrect validation of URLs in website field

            Description

            The website validation on 'new contact' will reject a URL with a trailing slash e.g. http://www.example.com/ even though this is a valid URL - see http://www.gbiv.com/protocols/uri/rfc/rfc3986.html

            Though not strictly a bug I also think that requiring the 'http://' prefix to be entered is unfriendly, CiviCRM could easily pre-pend this if it is not in the entered data and the URL is otherwise valid.
