API Membership Type Create error

            Description

            Error in API for Membership Type Create.
            The creation goes without any visible error, but the error comes out when that Membership Type is used to create a new membership

            Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in CRM_Member_Form_Membership->postProcess() (line 1498 of /var/www/drupal7.civicrm.org/svn/civicrm42/CRM/Member/Form/Membership.php).

            Due to my briefly and non-expert research some records in price list tables are not created.
