Dedupe individuals in group return matches with both the original and the dupe not in the group

If you create two contacts which constitute a duplicate, and search for duplicates within a group neither of these individuals is in, it is still returned as a duplicate.

I've manager to repeat this on the drupal 4.2 demo site, see attachment. it shardly proof, but it illustrates the issue.
