            Description

            sort groups using natural algorithm (so mixed case are handled better) and prepend select after sorting (to account for groups starting with special chars)

                i modified the patch and am using SORT_STRING instead of SORT_NATURAL and SORT_FLAG_CASE (which are only in 5.4 and later)
