Date of Birth must Be Complete

When entering a new contact, user can expand Democraphic field section and add a DOB. User may not know contact's exact DOB, but may know year, or year month, or month and day and not year, CRM requires a complete date. If user does not select a complete date, CRm provides error warning "Must fill out proper date" or some such, but the Demographic section is collapsed, so the offending field is not shown.

CRM should allow for the entry of partial dates.

CRM should display the offending field/s that are preventing the record from being saved.
