Description
1. Add navigation menu item allowing users to find their mass SMS records:
Add "Find Mass SMS" menu item, below "New SMS" in Mailing menu.

2. Conditionally modify Mailing/Page/Browse UI to clarify that user is viewing SMS records:
2.1 Replace "Is SMS" checkbox with hidden field
2.2 When $sms is true, we are modifying the page title - but we need to also modify the following UI elements (search form and selector columns):
- "New Mailing" button -> "New SMS"
- "Mailing Name" -> "SMS Name"
- "Mailing Date" -> "SMS Date"
- "Mailing Status" -> "SMS Status"
