Dedupe/merge: prefix field is not merged

In find/merge contacts where only one contact has an individual prefix set, the prefix field is displayed as being different, but its value is not displayed, nor is it merged when the merge is done.

Looking at the code, this probably affects "individual suffix" as well.

Slightly tangent: the "preferred language" is not shown in the diff at all.
