Description
If a financial account cannot be deleted then display an error message on civicrm/admin/financial/financialAccount?reset=1&action=browse when it is attempted. For example, if the account to be deleted is a header account of a different account, or has transactions recorded against it, then display one of the following messages:
"This financial account cannot be deleted since it is being used as a header account. Please remove it from being a header account before trying to delete it again."
"This financial account cannot be deleted since it has transactions recorded against it."
