Adding relationship to new contact not possible

When adding a new relationship it's not always possible to create a new contact.

E.g.:

• When adding a relationship 'Employee of' to a person we can select 'new contact' > 'New organization'
• When adding a relationship 'Employer of' to an organization we can't select 'new contact' => 'New person'
