api tests failing on custom data for subtypes

Tests are passing apart from the ones which demonstrate that the api should be aware of custom fields for contact subtypes WHEN id is passed in & subtype is not.

I am tempted to remove the tests & require people to validate their own data UNLESS there is a likelihood of the Import process using the API. Not least because I suspect the tests were previously passing due to another bug rather than because it was fully working.

(if no-one else wants to look then I will simply remove the tests on this)
