inline edit: comm pref greeting option list is not filtered by contact type

when editing comm preferences via inline edit, the greeting option list is not filtered by contact type. this is because the_contactType is not being set in the inline edit form, and thus has no impact on the greeting list filter.

see the attached patch. but not sure if this is better handled higher in the form flow.
