County Field Handler For Drupal Views Does Not Allow Selection of Location Type

If you add a County field to a Drupal View, it does not give you the option to select the location type as it does for other address fields. The result is that if a contact has multiple addresses and you add the County field, you may end up with duplicate results.

I've added a patch that adds a new handler for the county field, basically emulating how the handler for the State and Country fields work, except I've removed any options related to abbreviations of the state or country.
