CRM-11417 Add Premium Product to online contribution page is broken

            Description

            Currently you can not assign a premium product to a contribution page on the premiums tab. Even though there are 1 or more active products configured (under Manage Premiums), you get this message below the Premium Settings pane on the Premiums tab after enabling Premiums section:

            "There are no active premiums for your site. You can create and/or enable premiums here. "

                  I just reproduced on contrib page 2 on sandbox, see CRM-11437.

                  Committed revision 44199 and 44200
                  Main problem was mis-placed closing curly brace - introduced by Financial Type ID clause lines 173-5.
