Duplicates and missing column values in Bookeeping Report

      Description

      Go to the Bookeeping Transactions Report. Enable all columns. "civicrm/report/instance/18?reset=1" It appears to have duplicates. If these are not duplicates it is unclear what the difference is between the line items. Perhaps more columns need to be enabled to differentiate?
