            Description

            On the Title and Settings tab when editing a Contribution page, it is possible to save a page with an end date earlier than its start date. This shouldn't be allowed by the form validator. It has bad effects, such as making Personal Campaign Pages fail in unexpected ways (donate button does not appear).

            We will try to submit a patch for this next week.

                I have provided validation to fix the current issue in formRule().

                Also updated help text on those fields to clarify that they will affect Personal Campaign Page donate button visibility. Thx for the patch.
